Our team
Founded in 2015, GenerativeHumanae is a team of experts and pioneers in the field of Empowerment. The team applies its understanding of managerial decision-making, unique approach to leadership, and neurocognitive and systemic expertise to bring change to organisations, teams and individuals. This can take the form of mentoring, consulting, coaching, training, crisis management, press conferences or press releases. Involved from the diagnostic stage to the roll-out of a change initiative, GenerativeHumanae’s involvement is intensely responsible, agile and innovative, and sometimes even “Darwinian”.
Based in Lausanne, the eight members of the GenerativeHumanae practice work in Switzerland and abroad. Among the tools they can access are those of Saville Assessment, the industry leader in measuring and predicting individual and team performance.

Charlotte d’Aulnois
Founder & Managing Partner
The founder of the GenerativeHumanae practice, Charlotte d’Aulnois inspires and engages organisations and their teams to create a world “to which others want to belong”. Sharing new ideas and approaches around leadership and empowerment, Charlotte works with leadership teams on their own change and development by building on the strengths they already possess.
With qualifications in neurocognitive sciences and coaching as well as an MBA from Carroll School of Management in Boston, Charlotte has spent 15 years in leadership roles in multinationals such as Nestlé, Medtronic and Bayer Crop Science. She also teaches management science and leadership at educational institutions across Europe.
Charlotte combines her natural intuition and creativity with strategic understanding to inspire the GenerativeHumanae team as well as clients. Barbara Dannaud
Executive Partner
Always on the lookout for new discoveries, Barbara is recognized for her people-oriented leadership and her ability to rally and unite. Her driving force is her ability to build bridges between different cultures and worlds, so that everyone can express their full potential.
Graduated from HEC Paris, Barbara spent over 15 years in financial management with the LVMH group (Dior, Vuitton, LVMH Métiers d'Art) in Paris and Singapore, where she played an active role in the integration and transformation of family businesses within the group. Agile and pragmatic, she also benefits from extensive experience in helping senior executives implement their strategic plans.
Barbara joined GenerativeHumanae in 2022 and brings to the team all her experience in supporting the empowerment of organizations and the men and women who make them up.

Christophe Moenne-Loccoz

A great leader focused on human development, Christophe puts all his energy into the personal development of the men and women who help lead and carry out the major projects in which they participate in their companies.
A graduate of Grenoble University with a degree in Business Informatics, Christophe spent over 30 years in IT management positions in software development and banking, mainly with Lombard Odier & Cie SA, but also with Banque Edmond de Rothschild SA in Geneva.
A pioneer and strategist, he has extensive experience in managing large units and departments. He has had the opportunity to create and pilot major transformation projects, business model evolutions, as well as banking infrastructure deployments, with a long period of more than 10 years as a globe-trotter in Asia, North America and Europe.

Monica Ballus
Executive Partner
Monica is a true adventurer and an experienced entrepreneur. With a world record in kitesurfing, Monica leads her life through challenges and discovery, and is driven by a need to positively transform the world and organizations through human adventure, while breaking social and cultural barriers. A true chameleon, Monica is fluent in 6 languages and has lived, worked and found a home in over 7 countries.
Monica holds 3 engineering degrees: Ecole Polytechnique X in Paris, Industrial Engineering and Computer Engineering from UPC in Barcelona and an MBA from Haas at UC Berkeley, California. Over the course of her career, Monica has evolved in a wide variety of roles, organizations and cultures, in both developed and developing countries: from field engineer in the oilfields, to entrepreneur and SME manager in Brazil, to strategy consultant; in large companies such as Schlumberger, Nestlé or Bain&Company, as well as in SMEs and start-ups in Silicon Valley.

As a committed leader with a background in education, Christoph enjoys putting all his enthusiasm into human development and federating teams around a common vision.
With a PhD in management from the University of Lausanne and a degree in mechanical and industrial engineering from ETH Zürich, Christoph spent over 15 years at the helm of the Leysin American School, working to create a coherent strategic vision and to empower his teams for greater performance and alignment. As director and co-founder of Quality Schools, he is actively involved in the development and promotion of quality standards in education and in consulting for secondary schools in Switzerland and abroad.
Furthermore, Christoph takes great pleasure in sharing his expertise as an associate professor at various universities in Germany and Switzerland, as well as regularly speaking at international conferences.
Christoph joined the GenerativeHumanae team in 2024, and with his enthusiasm and international outlook, contributes to strengthening the firm's diversity and expertise.

Stéphan Grouitch
Co-Founder & Senior Executive Partner
A born entrepreneur, Stéphan trained as an IT engineer and has an MBA from IMD in Lausanne. His career is based on the creation of numerous businesses in the fields of information systems and cloud computing as well as high-security data centres.
A member of global leadership community YPO since 2007, Stéphan brings his leadership to the companies he creates by strengthening the links between vision, strategy and governance, making organisations resilient as well as successful.
Curious, strategic and people oriented, Stéphan believes deeply in individuals and the need to use their skills and unique talents to Empower organisations. In 2015 he was actively involved with Charlotte in setting up the GenerativeHumanae practice.
In 2021, in addition to his other activities, Stéphan joined the GenerativeHumanae team. His calm and visionary approach is a powerful addition to the company, our clients and their leadership teams.

With a Ph.D. degree in Physics from Imperial College London and the Ms.C. studies in engineering at UCLA and Milan Politecnico, Gianpaolo has been equipped with not only the latest in business theory but also with a critical, analytical mindset and the ability to simplify the VUCA world we constantly experience in business and life today.
He has a background in coaching as well as certification from EMCC UK, and skillfully combines the tools of individual and collective leadership development with a taste for performance and entrepreneurship.

Sibyl is the communications hub of the GenerativeHumanae practice. She plans and structures workflow and makes sure the GenerativeHumanae team is available to clients and partners.
With a passion for art, literature and philosophy, Sibyl has qualifications in literature and music from the University of Lausanne, the Conservatoire de Lausanne and the International Opera Studio in Zürich. She spent three decades behind the scenes of operas and concert halls in Switzerland and across Europe, which has led to a career in systems, processes and administration.
Approachable and understanding, Sibyl is also disciplined and meticulous: her arrival at GenerativeHumanae in 2020 has brought us the clarity and cadence of a musical score.Sibyl is the communications hub of the GenerativeHumanae practice.
