Our team
Founded in 2015, GenerativeHumanae is a team of experts and pioneers in the field of Empowerment. The team applies its understanding of managerial decision-making, unique approach to leadership, and neurocognitive and systemic expertise to bring change to organisations, teams and individuals. This can take the form of mentoring, consulting, coaching, training, crisis management, press conferences or press releases. Involved from the diagnostic stage to the roll-out of a change initiative, GenerativeHumanae’s involvement is intensely responsible, agile and innovative, and sometimes even “Darwinian”.
Based in Lausanne, the eight members of the GenerativeHumanae practice work in Switzerland and abroad. Among the tools they can access are those of Saville Assessment, the industry leader in measuring and predicting individual and team performance.

Charlotte d’Aulnois
Founder & Managing Partner
The founder of the GenerativeHumanae practice, Charlotte d’Aulnois inspires and engages organisations and their teams to create a world “to which others want to belong”. Sharing new ideas and approaches around leadership and empowerment, Charlotte works with leadership teams on their own change and development by building on the strengths they already possess.
With qualifications in neurocognitive sciences and coaching as well as an MBA from Carroll School of Management in Boston, Charlotte has spent 15 years in leadership roles in multinationals such as Nestlé, Medtronic and Bayer Crop Science. She also teaches management science and leadership at educational institutions across Europe.
Charlotte combines her natural intuition and creativity with strategic understanding to inspire the GenerativeHumanae team as well as clients. Gaël de Fourmestraux
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Strongly results-oriented, Gaël is recognised as an immensely resilient leader with a huge appetite for change. Fascinated by the evolution of organisations and the empowerment of their teams, he is a change agent in the truest sense, enabling long-term performance gains and improved individual outcomes.
Qualified in chemical engineering, coaching and martial arts, Gaël spent over 15 years in executive roles with change management advisors and information system specialists. He has also worked extensively in reorganisation projects and the strategic repositioning of departments and business units.
Since joining the GenerativeHumanae practice in 2018, Gaël has brought a powerful combination of commitment and action to the team. Certified in Wave®, he works in English or French as required. He also teaches and presents regularly at VivaTech Paris, EPFL, HES and the SMP Congrès du Management de Projets.

Stéphan Grouitch
Co-Founder & Senior Executive Partner
A born entrepreneur, Stéphan trained as an IT engineer and has an MBA from IMD in Lausanne. His career is based on the creation of numerous businesses in the fields of information systems and cloud computing as well as high-security data centres.
A member of global leadership community YPO since 2007, Stéphan brings his leadership to the companies he creates by strengthening the links between vision, strategy and governance, making organisations resilient as well as successful.
Curious, strategic and people oriented, Stéphan believes deeply in individuals and the need to use their skills and unique talents to Empower organisations. In 2015 he was actively involved with Charlotte in setting up the GenerativeHumanae practice.
In 2021, in addition to his other activities, Stéphan joined the GenerativeHumanae team. His calm and visionary approach is a powerful addition to the company, our clients and their leadership teams.

Michel Joye
Senior Executive Partner
After 20 years at the head of the Lausanne public transport company, Michel is recognised as a visionary leader capable of inspiring his teams and leading them to achieve significant success in challenging circumstances.
Fully engaged with managing change, making organisations agile and leading digital transformation, Michel knows how to build the confidence essential to all successful change.
With an engineering qualification from EPFL, he began his career in New York designing load-bearing structures such as bridges. He moved into the public transport sector through CFF, the Swiss Railways company, before progressing through the Lausanne public transport company to become Director.
Michel was delighted to join the GenerativeHumanae practice in March 2021, bringing his experience in leading large projects and committed teams to the Empowerment of new teams for clients.

A human resources and recruitment expert for 20 years, Michel uses his professional and personal abilities to unearth exciting talents with great potential. He employs a variety of personality tests and values evaluations to understand each candidate as a whole person.
After graduating as a chemical engineer from EPF Zürich, Michel built his career in sales and marketing roles with various international companies in the IT and telecommunications sectors. His interest in people and their potential for change and growth came from this experience.
As well as working within the practice, Michel is skipper of his own sailing boat and takes leaders and managers out on the waves. This revelatory approach to self-discovery analyses their professional skills and potential, and liberates their inner talents.
Michel joined the GenerativeHumanae practice in 2017, bringing to the team his deep expertise and experience in evaluating and understanding each person’s abilities. Sibyl Zahnd
Executive Assistant
Sibyl is the communications hub of the GenerativeHumanae practice. She plans and structures workflow and makes sure the GenerativeHumanae team is available to clients and partners.
With a passion for art, literature and philosophy, Sibyl has qualifications in literature and music from the University of Lausanne, the Conservatoire de Lausanne and the International Opera Studio in Zürich. She spent three decades behind the scenes of operas and concert halls in Switzerland and across Europe, which has led to a career in systems, processes and administration.
