La vision s\u2019\u00e9labore \u00ab depuis la t\u00eate \u00bb pour ensuite inspirer et embarquer l\u2019ensemble du \u00ab corps \u00bb de l\u2019organisation dans l\u2019aventure. Associ\u00e9s, le corps et la t\u00eate cr\u00e9ent une vraie intelligence collective capable d\u2019exploits. Dissoci\u00e9s, ils forment des \u00ab plafonds de verre \u00bb et des silos qui sabotent l\u2019agilit\u00e9 de l\u2019organisation, son envie et sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9ussir ensemble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parmi les visionnaires de notre \u00e9poque, Elon Musk et Roberts Dilts ont mis en place au sein de Tesla un mod\u00e8le de \u00ab Mise en Puissance \u00bb qui permet cette connexion pr\u00e9cieuse entre la t\u00eate et le corps, au sens propre comme au sens figur\u00e9. Elle permet de cr\u00e9er la coh\u00e9rence et la coh\u00e9sion du syst\u00e8me ainsi que l\u2019envie de s\u2019engager et de r\u00e9ussir pleinement. La t\u00eate et le corps ne font ainsi qu\u2019un, embarqu\u00e9s ensemble dans une vraie dynamique de petits pas progressifs avec pour moto : \u00ab Make It Happen \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019approche en cascade : La coh\u00e9rence et la coh\u00e9sion du syst\u00e8me<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Baptis\u00e9e avec humour \u00ab Bam Bam Bam \u00bb, cette approche consiste \u00e0 canaliser l\u2019\u00e9nergie de l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019organisation autour de la pi\u00e8ce ma\u00eetresse de tout succ\u00e8s collectif : l\u2019INTENTION. Que veut-on r\u00e9ussir ensemble ? Quel est notre Grand Projet ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C\u2019est ainsi que nous abordons la \u00ab Mise en Puissance \u00bb des organisations avec un \u00ab Bam Bam Bam \u00bb en mouvement, \u00e0 la somatique forte et authentique, qui incarne avec fluidit\u00e9 et d\u00e9termination l\u2019envie de r\u00e9ussir ici et maintenant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
