A cet instant pr\u00e9cis, l\u2019enjeu autour de l\u2019\u00e9go et de toutes les repr\u00e9sentations statutaires est grand, aussi grand que son pouvoir de sublimer ou d\u2019\u00e9touffer tout \u00abR\u00e9ussir Ensemble\u00bb. Certaines fois, les phases suivantes de \u00abnorming\u00bb et de \u00abperforming\u00bb, aussi puissantes, fondatrices et formatrices soient-elles pour l\u2019entreprise et ses acteurs, sont engag\u00e9es \u00e0 des fins perdues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019entreprise \u00abtoxique\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019entreprise \u00abtoxique\u00bb fait du \u00abstorming\u00bb un instrument de r\u00e9sistance et de dominance.
